My Bunny Sweater Story -
To
make my first bunny sweaters, I cut the arms off of a few different
human sweaters I didn't like anymore. Then I cut two holes in them
for the bunnies' front arms to stick out of.
Only
one of my experimental sweaters was able to withstand the riggors
of the rabbitry, though. I recorded the dimensions (pictured below)
and made many copies which worked just as well as the original.
Yay!
I
recommend using microfleece because it's stretchy and warm. The
armholes might need to be made bigger after you get the sweater
on your bunny. Also, fold the neck-part down (like a turtleneck)
otherwise it will be too long. |
