Hello Amber,

I promised to keep you updated on your one eared orphans. I'm sorry I don't have photo's to send but I wanted you to know that their first week at school was a huge success. I'm currently working in a school site which is primarily composed of elementary classrooms with social/emotional disabilities. My own students are a little older and of a slightly different functional level than the rest of the school and we've been having some trouble finding common ground with the rest of the classes. Milo and Arthur have solved that problem, except for the school therapy dog they are the only classroom pets in the building that will really interact with the kids. I had to institute visiting times.

They were perfect gentlemen for their first shearing as well. The kids love the fur and I am planning some begining felting projects as I don't think my group is quite up for spinning this year (or at least right now). Arthur ( the ruby eyed white) has the most amazingly dense fur, and Milo's head is really large, if his body catches up, he will be a VERY big rabbit. Thankyou again, they are everything I was hoping they'd be, including the part about being slightly spoiled.

I'll write again, I know you'd like photo's, I'll try and get some. Most of my students do not have photo releases, so I won't be able to send you much with actual kids, but I'll come up with something.

Best Wishes
Sara
