Letter from Robin

...there's nothing like a calm fur ball in your lap to make the stress of the day go away. Of course in my house I usually have several fur balls all trying to get into my lap at once. I try to convince them they just have to take turns.

I can't wait to be in a place where I can spend my days cuddling with my fur kids. Of course there is also, feeding, cleaning and grooming to do, but that's all part of the fun as far as I'm concerned.

I just love watching a rabbit clean their faces. Those little paws washing away the yucky smell of human hands, and that little pink tongue darting in and out always makes me smile. It's hard to explain to someone who hasn't sat and watched the antics of creatures, just how many different personalities there are and different gestures and sounds they can make.

...Most people think a rabbit is a rabbit is a rabbit. But you and I know they are individuals and each special in their own way. When one goes on to the rainbow bridge we miss them, yes we have others, but no two are identical, each touches our hearts in a way that can never be exactly duplicated. They teach us patience, tolerance and how to be honest and kind. Who could ask for more?
